Are all your officers SIA licensed?
Yes. Every officer holds the SIA licence the role requires and is DBS vetted.
What training do your guards have?
On top of their SIA licence, our guards hold ACT counter terrorism and first aid training. We also pay for every guard to have unlimited access to CPD courses, so they train in whatever is relevant to the work, such as safeguarding adults and children, crowd safety, team management and diversity and inclusion.
Can you provide cover at short notice?
Yes. We can usually deploy guards with 12 hours’ notice, depending on the size of team you need. For urgent requests, message us on WhatsApp on 07960 247322 with the date, location and hours.
Can you staff sites 24/7?
Yes. We can staff sites around the clock, seven days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Do you cover one-off events as well as ongoing contracts?
Yes. We provide security for single events and for regular weekly or ongoing contracts.
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £1 million public liability insurance and £10 million employer’s liability insurance.
How many officers do you have?
We have 20 SIA-licensed officers, so we can cover anything from a single door to a large event.
Which areas do you cover?
Our main areas are Merseyside, the Wirral, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and North Wales, and we are now expanding into London. We can cover events and contracts anywhere in the UK, so just ask.
